Fit by Sonic 2023 Member of the Year
We at Fit by Sonic recognise our members' achievements throughout the year. Leah joined us in 2018 and she was an instant hit to our members and staff.
This is a chance for us to reflect and tell you that we are happy with the motivation and dedication you bring to Fit by Sonic and how you inspire our community.
We would like to congratulate Leah as she is an amazing woman. Leah's own words" Among various hobbies, Zumba stands out as my utmost favorite" It is a great privilege to be a part of a fitness group that consistently prioritizes the well-being of the community. This is evident through their support for charities, promotion of local businesses, empowerment of women, and the creation of a sisterhood atmosphere. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the Fit by Sonic team for their kind gesture, which has genuinely touched my heart. I deeply appreciate all of you and eagerly anticipate continuing my journey with your guidance. Well done Leah and a true inspiration to our community.

- There are two ways to log into your classes -
Via an internet browser or by downloading the Apps from "TeamUp Members" who Fit by Sonic partners with.
1. Via any internet browser - GoTeamUp This way you have more options than the Apps. i.e change of address, health etc.
2. Apple and iOS Devices / Android Devices - TeamUp Mobile Apps for Apple and Android are FREE. - The quickest way to book your class.

Food Bank via Fit by Sonic. Drop off at your next class.
Our member Amanda supports the Norwood and Brixton Food Bank all year around.
Throughout 2023 we will be providing our members an easier option to drop off unwanted items at
Streatham Common venue every Monday evening. Last drop at 20:15pm.
Please only long-life food - e.g tinned tomatoes, long-life pasta sauce, tinned soup, tinned ( non-pork ) meals, Toiletries, UHT Milk - No Fresh Produce.

Our First birthday party was this past Monday and we all had a blast celebrating Natalie's 18th Birthday with us (she joined us when she was 7!)
If you wish to provide any extras for your party, please contact our staff as we are happy to work with you.

Goteamup- Fit by Sonic CMS for our members
During the registration process, you will be asked to complete an updated Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).
This is the usual form that you have already completed at least once when you attended your first Fit by Sonic class.
It covers specific health history questions and identifies potential risks associated with physical activity. Y
ou will also be able to update your emergency contacts.
TeamUp Mobile Apps for Apple and Android are FREE and can be found by searching for "TeamUp Members"

What TeamUp Provides
Once you have completed the registration process you can then use the Mobile Apps (or a Web Browser) to manage your account and keep track of the classes you have attended.
Whether you have a Junkie Card or Pay As You Go etc-
The details of Junkie Cards purchased since April 2019 should already be shown within TeamUp, however, it has not been possible to include details of Junkie Cards from before April 2019.
The Mobile Apps for Apple and Android are FREE and can be found by searching for "TeamUp Members" or using the following links - Apple and iOS Devices / Android Devices
Once logged in you can view and register for any of the forthcoming Fit by Sonic Classes as well as paying for those classes either with a Junkie Card
If you spot any mistakes with your Junkie Card, please call Marina on 07765 256 405 and she will provide assistance.
