Marta was an enthusiastic athlete even as a child and staying fit and active has always been her passion above all else. Taking care of her body has always and will always come first. With 10 years experience in the health and fitness and wellbeing industry, she has has become an UKBFF body fitness athlete and won the London Championships. Marta continues to focus to becoming the next UK champion.

Personal Training with Marina

Marina specialises in healthy living, as well as ante and post-natal exercise. She teaches a form of dynamic reformer WillPower Method functional training. She offers these as private sessions to compliment regular training. It can provide a brand new set of challenges for mind and body to absolutely everyone.

She will always ensure that your sessions are tailored with your specific goals in mind; your hard work could be rewarded with increased flexibility, a heightened sense of body awareness and an improvement in fundamental core strength.

On a personal level she enjoys a crossfit style of exercise and teaches group exercises classes. She has taught the WillPower Method at luxury health camps in Barcelona and continues to teach the WillPower Method.

What Marina offers is hard but fun, and it is the balance of this work ethic which she sticks to that keeps every client and members determined to achieve results, whether it be via personal training or the WillPower Method.
