Injury Assessment and Treatment

A new or old injury requires treatment to understand the individual problem, the more information that is provided the more efficient the treatment will be. Every patient is assessed and treated with the individual need considered to solve the problem and get you back in action.

The aim is to solve the problem as quick as possible with the appropriate treatment and rehabilitation plan. You will be advised on exercises to do at home with an appropriate treatment plan if required. Whilst aiming to relieve the symptoms and provide a solution the aim will be to discover the route of the problem to prevent re-injury.
